Parent Bookings

What does this product cover?

​

  • parents evening bookings (whether online, face-to-face or mixture of both) - invite parents to log-on to make bookings. System will automatically send out meeting links to parents and teachers so that administrators don't have to! Teachers can manage meeting times through a scheduler.

  • manage school events - invite parents to either reserve and/or book and pay for tickets which allows schools to know at any time numbers attending

  • trip management tool

  • allow for payments via ParentPay; Paypal and Stripe - school's preferred payment system can be set up to process payments and direct monies to the school's account

  • Breakfast and after school clubs - parents can book their children and pay online

  • Coming very soon is the ability for schools to manage and take payment for wrap-around care - parents can sign up with their customised preferences for weeks/months ahead and be charged accordingly

Using the Parents Bookings system is really easy for administrators and takes no time to set up. It can be accessed through a website separately or can be added to your Unify Launch Pad for parents (in addition to using or planning to use Parent Portal on Unify) so that parents need one user account to access all the modules. Parents Bookings also plugs into the Parent Portal module.

Parents Bookings via Unify

We recommend that Parents Bookings is offered to parents through your Unify Launch Pad for parents rather than separately. It will mean that parents are just given one Unify user account which gives them access to your parents' Unify Launch Pad from which they can access Parents Bookings and any additional modules and website services such as Parent Portal, ThinkUKnow etc. 

 

If you intend to introduce the Parent Portal phone app to your parents, Parent Bookings will be linked as an additional icon for selection.
