Pupil Premium 2026/2027
The DfE Pupil Premium Download file for 2026/27 is now available to schools through the Get Information About Pupils (GIAP) portal via the Dfe Sign-in Gateway.

Follow steps in How to Import PP Download 26/27 File instructions to import this information into your Arbor.
 

Important note:

This file contains the Pupil Premium funding allocations for the April 2026/March 2027 financial year for FSM Deprivation (EverFSM), service children and Adopted from Care (Post Looked After) premiums. (Note: Looked After (LAC) pupils will not be identified in this download file).

Once this file is imported into Arbor, the Pupil Premium Recipient flag will appear on the pupil record for pupils who have been added onto the FSM register since the last October census.

 

Please note: pupils included in any PP Grant for financial year 26/27 will be those who were recorded as FSM/Service Child/Post Looked After at any time from Jan 2016 up to the October census 2025 (2nd Oct 2025). Pupils that were eligible for FSM after 2nd Oct 2025 will not be included in the PP download file. For these pupils, they will appear in the April 2027 PP download file with PP funding in school from 1st April 2027/March 2028 financial year.
