Week 2 and Week 3 of the RM Unify Rollout programme
When you have been notified by RM that the processes and preparation for moving you to RM Integris+ on RM Unify is complete (Week 1), use the following guidance and resources.
Note: these resources may be updated over time.
The designated Super Admin user (main administrator) should undertake and oversee the progress of transition over Week 2 and Week 3 of the transfer period by following the Stages outlined below.
For the Super Admin user:
Stage 1 - access RM Unify & RM Integris+ for the first time (v.1.0)
This stage covers: Setup shortcut to RM Unify URL, access RM Unify for the first time, login to and logout of RM Integris+ for the first time, set up password recovery and logout of RM Unify
Stage 2 - LAUNCH PADS information sheet - Understanding the ‘Home’ and ‘My Launch Pad’ views and what they do.
Stage 2 - set up Home launch pad view for teacher and non-teaching staff role groups (v.1.0)
This stage covers: set up Home launch pad with RM Integris+ and additional school specific and other useful apps and website links for both the Teacher and Non-Teaching staff role groups.
Stage 3 – download usernames and passwords (v.1.0)
This stage covers: downloading usernames and passwords for both the Teacher and the Non-Teaching staff role groups into a csv file
This stage covers: For each of your users, setup their shortcut to RM Unify URL, access RM Unify Home launch pad for the first time, login to and logout of RM Integris+ for the first time and ensure they can access Attendance (and other functions they normally use), set up their password recovery and logout of RM Unify.
